At drapely, we're dedicated to ensuring your custom curtains arrive swiftly and safely. We understand that quick and reliable shipping is important, and we've designed our policy to be as transparent and efficient as possible for our customers in the continental U.S.

Delivery Timeframes

We share certain personal data with strategic partners who help us provide our products and services or assist with marketing to customers. We only share personal data with these companies to deliver or improve our products, services, and advertising. We will not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Shipping Fees

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all custom curtains and hardware orders across the continental U.S. Fabric Swatch Orders: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

Shipping Carriers

For custom curtain and hardware orders, we primarily use FedEx and DHL for air shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery. Free fabric swatches are typically shipped via USPS. We select the most reliable carrier based on your destination and package specifications.

Shipping Address Policy

We can deliver fabric swatches to P.O. Boxes. However, for curtain and hardware orders, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a physical street address for these orders. Our delivery service is limited to the continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Guam.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package ships, we'll send you an email notification containing your carrier details and tracking number. You can easily monitor your shipment's progress by clicking the "Track Order" link in your email or by visiting the carrier's official website directly.

Damaged or Lost Packages


We meticulously inspect all products before shipment, but occasionally, issues like damage or loss can occur during transit. If you encounter either of these problems, please follow these steps:

Document the Issue: Take clear photos of any damage to the package or product, or provide a detailed description of the loss.

Report to the Carrier: Contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the issue.

Notify Us: Email us at hello@yourbrand.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos.

We'll promptly address your concerns and, once the issue is confirmed by the carrier, we'll assist in resolving the matter, which may include locating your package or arranging for a replacement.

Additional Shipping Information


Address Changes: We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been picked up by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Delivery Signatures: For high-value or larger orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Customs & Duties: For orders shipped within the continental U.S., all fees, including customs and duties, are covered by Turing. You won't incur any extra charges upon delivery.
