Order Help

  • Customize your product (size, color, header style, lining).
  • Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter shipping/payment details.
  • Receive order confirmation and tracking number via email.
  • Within 48 hours: Free changes (contact customer service).
  • After 48 hours (pre-shipment): A 25% fee of the total order amount will be applied.
  • Post-shipment: Modifications unavailable.
  • Within 48 hours: Full refund.
  • After 48 hours (pre-shipment): 70% refund.
  • Post-shipment: Non-cancelable (custom items).
    • Yes, we offer free fabric swatches so you can feel the texture, see the colors in real light, and make a confident decision before placing your custom curtain order.
    Linings are optional and customizable. To select the best option, consider the primary need for the room. Here's a guide to our available linings:

  • Privacy Lining: Ideal for daytime privacy while allowing soft, natural

    light to filter through. Light Blocking: Approximately 50-70%

  • Dimout Lining: Significantly darkens a room, making it a popular choice for bedrooms.

    Light Blocking: Approximately 70-90%

  • Blackout & Thermal Lining: Our most effective option for near-total darkness and excellent insulation.

    Light Blocking: Approximately 95-100%

    Choose from 9 options:

    • Pleated Styles: Pinch Pleat, Euro Pleat, Pencil Pleat.
    • Soft Top Styles: Rod Pocket, Back Tab, Flat Panel, Tab Top.
    • Modern Styles: Grommet, Ripple Fold. (See "Header Types" section for specifications).

    We offers 4 lining options:

    • Unlined: For sheer/translucent fabrics.
    • Privacy Liner: Blocks 60-70% light, UV protection.
    • Room Darkening Liner: Blocks 70-95% light, thermal insulation.
    • 100% Blackout Liner: Complete darkness, noise reduction.

    Finished dimensions have a ±1 inch tolerance (industry standard).

    Minor differences may occur due to screen display or fabric dye lots. We recommend ordering swatches to confirm the look before purchasing.

    Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard: 14-20 business days (customized processing: 7-10 days + 7-10 shipping days).
  • Holidays/Chinese New Year: Up to 45 business days.
    • Continental U.S. only (excludes Hawaii, Guam, PO Boxes, and military addresses).
  • Customized curtains & accessories: Free shipping.
  • Fabric swatches: Flat fee of $4.99.

    Accepted only for our errors:

    • Incorrect size (±1" tolerance exceeded).
    • Wrong color/item/header/liner.
    • Manufacturing defects. (Contact within 3 days with photos).
  • measurement from a customized order is incorrect.
  • Change of mind (color/fabric dissatisfaction).
  • Fabric shade variation (natural dye lot differences).
    • Customized items are non-returnable unless receiving a defective product. For non-defective return request, we encourage donating to Goodwill for partial refund eligibility.
    Please contact us with photos within 3 days of delivery. We will contact you and ship a replacement once confirmed.
    Yes. Unused accessories can be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    We will resend your product, but refunds are not available for lost shipments.
